Colleen’s career spans senior regional and branch management roles, where she has led large, multi-site operations and diverse teams. Prior to joining BTI, she managed direct and indirect logistics operations across 22 branches, 22 in-house teams, and more than 360 staff members; building deep capability in operations management, customer service, and people leadership. Her experience includes leading complex, large-scale logistics initiatives, from national retail rollouts to province-wide distribution programmes and major operational integrations.
Known for her calm, solutions-driven leadership style, Colleen brings a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to her role. She has a proven ability to lead teams under pressure, identify operational improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions that strengthen performance and accountability. Through a focus on consistency, collaboration, and service excellence, Colleen helps ensure that the Durban branch consistently delivers on BTI’s promise of confidence of supply by supporting long-term customer relationships and sustained operational success.
Having led operations and partnerships across continents, he is known for his “Three C Formula”: Correct product, Consistent supply, and Competitive pricing, a principle that continues to guide his work at BTI. His focus on building resilient, trusted relationships has made him a respected leader within the international supply-chain arena.

Hilton Loring is the Strategic Growth Executive of BT Industries, where he leads the company’s strategic and commercial agenda. Working closely with the Board, Executive, Sales and Mmarketing teams, Hilton holds executive responsibility for driving market growth, commercial performance, and customer value across the business.
With more than 35 years of senior executive leadership experience, including CEO and Group Managing Director roles, Hilton brings a proven track record of guiding businesses through growth, restructuring, and market expansion across Africa and international markets. His experience at the helm of complex, multi-sector organisations has shaped his ability to balance strategic direction with disciplined commercial execution.
At BTI, Hilton’s focus is on setting clear growth priorities, translating strategy into consistent commercial performance, and strengthening BTI’s value in the market. With over 25 years of strategic business leadership, Quintin Terreblanche leads BT Industries with the vision and precision that define the brand’s pioneering spirit. Engineering-qualified and deeply experienced in metallurgy, he has built his career on driving operational growth and organisational excellence within complex manufacturing and supply-chain environments.

With more than two decades of experience in business advisory, investment management, analytics, and operational enhancement, Jeanne Terreblanche brings a powerful combination of strategic insight and executional discipline to BT Industries. Her background spans 23 years of transforming complex organisations – guiding performance improvement, designing critical business processes, and unlocking long-term commercial value across manufacturing, industrial, logistics, and investment sectors.
Before joining BTI, Jeanne spent over a decade in executive and director roles within the Jacobs Capital Group, where she led businesses, shaped organisational strategy, managed turnaround programmes, and oversaw the development of systems, performance models, and operational structures. Her work consistently centred on aligning people, process, and purpose to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.
As a Director at BTI, Jeanne oversees logistics, operations, and continuous improvement across the organisation. She plays a pivotal role in strengthening BTI’s supply chain performance, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s strategic evolution as an Integrated Distribution Partner. Analytical, structured, and deeply committed to clarity, Jeanne ensures that BTI’s operational backbone remains strong, resilient, and capable of delivering confidence of supply – always.
With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and extensive experience within automotive and heavy engineering environments, Andrew brings commercially grounded leadership and operational clarity to his role as General Manager for BT Industries in the Eastern Cape. His career spans OEM manufacturing, project management, and operational leadership, where precision, accountability, and performance delivery are essential.
Andrew’s professional foundation was shaped in high-demand engineering and automotive supply chain environments, giving him a deep, end-to-end understanding of how customer requirements, forecasting, production planning, and profitability intersect. With over two decades of experience in energy-efficient technologies, lighting infrastructure, and renewable energy solutions, Vanessa Chetty leads the Renewable Energy division at BT Industries with a focus on delivering reliable and commercially viable energy solutions that support operational resilience. Her experience spans multiple industries including mining, manufacturing, retail, and commercial infrastructure across South Africa and the broader SADC region.
Vanessa’s professional background includes senior roles across business development, strategic sales, energy project leadership, and consulting within both global and regional organisations. Throughout her career she has worked with corporations, municipalities, and industrial clients to design and implement solutions that reduce energy consumption, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable return on investment.
At BT Industries, Vanessa leads the strategic development and growth of the renewable energy division while ensuring the solar solutions delivered meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
